Ok so I'm finally ready to go back to school now and I'm at a bit of a crossroads. The whole "Computer Animation" thing didn't really pan out due to my lack of Traditional Art skills. I can't draw the human body all that well, etc. Needless to say I'm ready to take on a new medium/major in the Digital Art world. I find lately that I'm fascinated with Motion Graphics work, guys like Nick Campbell do the most amazing animations with Graphics and Design elements.. it just blows me away. Now where I live here in South Florida the choices for this type of education are -slim pickens- to say the least. I've got the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale for VFX & Motion Graphics or Graphic Design... ITT Tech's Visual Communications program, American Intercontinental University's Digital Design program or a local school where I'd learn some basics in graphic design, maybe get an AA with a bunch of gen-eds attached to it as well.
Now, there's also online schools but I'm really not sure how good they are - having little to no experience with going that route.
What do you think I should do?
